The panel discussion with Katerina Miari, Martin Lagarden, Ed Conlon and Jörg Hanken on hot OTP topics was also very well received. A big thank you to them! It was fun 😀 The polling results showed that most companies do not yet use TP software other than Excel. Budget constraints were cited as the main reason, especially when thinking about ERP integrated solutions. Experience shows that such ERP projects take several years, tie up significant internal tax and IT resources, cost millions and the outcome is often uncertain because often neither internal nor external people have performed such projects before.
