Horváth and Optravis conclude cooperation agreement (23/07)

Optravis announces its new cooperation with Horváth. Together, the two companies aim to establish a long-term strategic partnership, which is characterised by the perfect interplay of Horváth’s strong consulting expertise in the areas of performance management and business steering with transfer pricing (“TP”) and Optravis’ software solutions for the automation of transfer pricing processes in SAP and non-SAP systems.

Through the cooperation and collaboration with Horváth, we can now support our customers in the design and implementation of a holistic TP management. Our customers can rely on an integrative partnership-based support and consulting, from the design of a transfer pricing system taking into account the three relevant perspectives from controlling, steering to the technical implementation. Optravis is able to calculate all transfer prices worldwide for all trading partner relationships on the basis of a very flexibly configurable set of rules in a holistic manner (controlling, taxes, TP methods, customs, anti-dumping, etc.) in order to ideally avoid year-end adjustments. For customers whose sales management is already decoupled from Legal Entity EBIT margins, Optravis can automatically rewrite the prices/conditions in SAP. For customers who need transfer prices, e.g. for controlling purposes, but do not want to overwrite them directly with transfer prices for tax purposes, Horváth offers price splitting solutions that can be configured in SAP and other ERP systems, ultimately providing customers with an integrated view from a controlling and tax perspective.
